Peterborough Horse Fair 2006
Jack Cunningham has succeeded in establishing a horse fair of the highest calibre at the Peterborough football club. New Year in 2004 and 2005 were exceptional for any event, but January 1st 2006 surpassed anything that had gone before.
Supported by a host of good and loyal friends, Jack's fair was a triumph. A cold start and a few hangovers would have been enough to keep some in bed, but not the breeders and dealers of gypsy cobs!
Many of the experienced horsemen present agreed that the quality didn't detract from the quality, - Quantity and quality were there in equal numbers. If you were in the market for the best of horseflesh, Peterborough was the place to be.
